| I tried lots of different adhesives to try and fix my oven door handle. The handle had fallen off and due to the high temperatures all the adhesives I tried became soft and lost their stickiness. The oven door glue worked fantastically well and I would recommend it to anyone with similar problems. |

| This Glue Kit Saved me ££££s. The Oven Door fell off after a few years of use. I found that the hinges on the glass door were just stuck on without any fixing screws. After searching for a solution I decided to give this glue a try, not expecting much success. Well it worked and the glued on hinges are as good as new after 3months use. Five stars.... |

| I used the kit to re-fix the glass which had fallen out of my double/fitted main oven door. This is not what the kit is intended for, but it certainly seems to have done the job! The one tube was enough - there was plenty to stick the glass to the door (32 x 43 cm glass which sits within a lipped return/recess in the door), with a good continous bead, and some left over to "caulk" the gap around the edge of the glass. It's not caulked as much as it was, but it seems to be enough! I made the repair in September 2010, and it's still going strong (touch wood) as I write! If I was to do to this again, I might get 2 tubes, just to get the caulking flush, but I cannot fault the product or the company who were really helpful ! |

| ovendoorglue: Please note that whilst the kit was primarily intended for gluing the brackets onto the glass – brackets typically glue to the glass then screw to the oven door to hold the glass in place on many ovens, we have noted that many customers are using the high strength adhesive to glue the glass directly to the door where this is the original method of fixing. The high temperature adhesive is perfectly suited to this task but the quantity supplied in a single tube may be insufficient for larger pieces of glass, we suggest larger than 1200mm circumference, (or if there is a recess to be filled). We have provided further guidance for when gluing around the full perimeter of the glass in the advice page advice page, and have now added the option of purchasing an extra tube of adhesive at the same time as the kit for only £3.00 (use the drop down box on the item page to make your selection). You are welcome to purchase the extra tube on a use 2nd tube or return within 14 days for £3.00 refund basis. | I ordered the kit which was despatched very quickly.This kit was very easy to use , I used it to stick a heat reflective strip to my Smeg oven door which had slipped down.The instructions were easy to follow and after cleaning the inside section of the door applied the adhesive and stuck the new heat strip.Put the door back together and hey presto it's been O.K. ever since. |

| After ensuring the oven door was perfectly clean I applied a small bead of the adhesive around the contour of the glass. The only problem I encountered was supporting the door in position whilst the adhesive set. The purchase of a cheap sucker (the type used to pull dents in car doors) resolved the problem. An excellent result. |

| Product cannot be faulted. My wife had sprained the oven door brackets which had to be removed from the door to be straightened. I did this and glued them back on using the oven door glue kit. It was excellent and did the job perfectly. If you are doing this, mark the positions of the brackets before removing them. Accuracy is paramount. |

| Used this product to fix inner glass door on double oven. Excellent instructions and kit. Two tubes were ample to fix 140cm (55 inch) surround. I found the scraper especially useful for cleaning the glass and shall use this on other jobs. |
