Found this product after searching for alternatives to buying a new oven. Quite simply, excellent product. Easy instructions followed exactly. 24 hours later the inner glass panel was stuck fast. I have had no problems since repairing the door some months ago now. 2 tubes would have given a better bead for the size of door on this model for the perfectionists out there!!! Saved me hundreds of pounds.

ovendoorglue: Please note that whilst the kit was primarily intended for gluing the brackets onto the glass – brackets typically glue to the glass then screw to the oven door to hold the glass in place on many ovens, we have noted that many customers are using the high strength adhesive to glue the glass directly to the door where this is the original method of fixing. The high temperature adhesive is perfectly suited to this task but the quantity supplied in a single tube may be insufficient for larger pieces of glass, we suggest larger than 1200mm circumference, (or if there is a recess to be filled). We have provided further guidance for when gluing around the full perimeter of the glass in the advice page advice page, and have now added the option of purchasing an extra tube of adhesive at the same time as the kit for only £3.00 (use the drop down box on the item page to make your selection). You are welcome to purchase the extra tube on a use 2nd tube or return within 14 days for £3.00 refund basis. That way we can help you be sure to get the job done, without the risk of unnecessary cost.

Tried all sorts which didn't work until I bought this glue. Brilliant, but make sure you follow instructions particularly with regards to waiting before use after gluing. Service from vendor 1st class.

Repair : Reseal inner oven glass The kit arrived next day in the post. Just ordered one tube. Which was enough to refix the inner door glass, found it very easy to use. So far it has worked very well, i have been using the oven for over a week. Would recommened to any one, and the price is very good.

Problem - the inside of glass door came away and was flapping (A common problem with my Moffat MSF615). tip - to remove the oven door - lift the two catches up on hing then shut the door and pull away. I then dismantled the oven door and removed the old rubber seal. Clean well, apply oven door glue and let it set overnight - job done. Very pleased with product and quick delivery and saved me £££s. Thanks
