The rubber surround on the main over door had come away. I had tried a different glue but that failed. I used this glue and it worked straight away no fuss! I also received the glue the next day so would recomend!

Comprehensive kit with good instructions.
Tip: Note original position of metal mountings on glass face and mark with pencil in order to reposition as accurately as possible. Approx 20 minutes after glueing carefully reassemble front glass panel into metal housing to confirm alignment of newly adhered brackets to glass before glue sets firmly. Leave to oven door to dry in a horizontal position overnight before refitting to oven housing.

I’d been quoted more than £40 to replace a door seal / gasket that had come adrift.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained…so I paid a tiny fraction of that to buy some of this special glue.
It took 15 minutes to apply (including the preparation time) and worked a treat.
Fifty or so meals later and the repair is as good as ever.
Well done, Roz, on supplying a super product.
I wonder if it would work as well on Gordon Brown’s “opener”!!!!

This product is a life saver, as when my oven door broke, I was faced with a £300+ bill to replace it as the model was discontinued. I thought I would give the glue a try, as for the price Its worth a go! It was VERY easy to apply and the only thing that took time was allowing it to cure.
I wld recommend this to everyone!

Fantastic! I used this to re-attach the glass in inside of oven door which had come loose. I had been quoted £150 for replacement so decided to look on-line so glad i did. The delivery was prompt and as i ordered 2 tubes of glue was contacted almost straight away to arrange this. The pack was really easy to use and is working perfectly a month on!

This is a great kit for the money. The internal glass panel had fallen out of the door. (Probably some over enthusiastic scrubbing whilst cleaning!) I had waited three weeks for Zanussi to get back to me only to say the door I needed was discontinued before I found this product. I cleaned up the old glue. Prepared the surface with some sandpaper, (not included in kit) Fitted the door and held it in place for three minutes until the glue was hold ing the glass in place on its own. 24hours later the door is perfect. Great customer servive, quick delivery. Brilliant

Such an easy product to use with easy to follow instructions.I had bought two but one was plenty to repair the loose mounting. After the 24 hour curing time the door was refitted. When the oven was used, the food tasted fine and was not tainted in anyway.

ovendoorglue: The kit was initially designed for gluing the brackets onto the glass – brackets glued to the glass then screw to the oven door to hold the glass in place on many ovens. We have noted that some customers are using the high strength adhesive to fix the glass directly to the door where this is the original method of fixing. The high temperature adhesive is perfectly suited to this task but the quantity supplied in a single tube may be insufficient for larger pieces of glass, we suggest larger than 1200mm circumference, (or if there is a recess to be filled).
